With over 23 years of experience in the ambulance sector, I am passionate about improving the quality and safety of patient care and service delivery. As the Director of Quality Improvement at London Ambulance Service, I lead the development and implementation of the quality improvement strategy, ensuring alignment with the clinical strategy and transformation agenda. I also lead our new continuous quality improvement programme, which involves engaging and empowering staff, patients, and stakeholders in identifying and solving problems, using data and evidence, and applying QI and CQI methodologies and tools. In addition, I am certified in MBTI Step I and II, which enables me to support and coach teams and individuals in enhancing their communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
