I completed my Bachelors in Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2016 from Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering). Professional with more than 7 years of work experience of working with TELEFONICA, GERMANY (Customer) in Telecom OSS Domain. Worked at various positions with Telefonica (Customer) viz Network Parameter Planner, Business Analyst, QA Test Engineer, and Operations Lead. I have good hands on experience of working in OSS domain/tools like APT, Netsite, X: akta, EQT, WOS, AMS, UTS and TSM. Experienced in both horizontal and vertical level of testing methodology including system, stress, performance, and capacity, testing Client/Server, Web Based Applications and Commercial Stand-Alone Applications.Currently working as Operations Lead in Tech Mahindra for TSM (Smart IT) and UTS application where I am responsible for handling the Incident tickets which come in our Helix queue and working on them to provide resolution to the customer within Service level targets, documenting and reporting daily and weekly status to the Management.
