Job Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end technical and non-technical lateral recruitments across multiple domains, including Communication, Travel, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Insurance, and Finance.Create and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to client demands, ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment within specified SLAs.Manage high-volume hiring for Customer Engagement Management across PAN India.Conduct Market Intelligence (MI) for various skill sets to ensure adequate resource availability, partnering with clients to meet their needs.Collaborate with the solutions team to respond to RFPs for workforce, sharing people management practices during client visits.Oversee people transition projects within the company, successfully managing two projects as a project manager, onboarding 230 associates in 45 days with zero disruption.Consolidate quarterly workforce demand and engage in capacity planning for the talent acquisitions team.Develop and implement workforce plans, forecasting capabilities, and a talent pipeline strategy.Manage the performance of the in-house team, providing coaching and feedback to direct reports, ensuring cross-functional knowledge.Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.Participate in the Unit Recruitment Council, responsible for preparing, streamlining, and implementing new recruitment processes.Oversee the learning and development of new hires for the talent acquisition team, ensuring productivity within 30 days of joining.Measure and report recruiting metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, making data-informed decisions.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
