I’m currently in the early phase of my career, exploring roles where I can combine people interaction with problem-solving and operations.My experience spans working as a Chemistry teacher, interning at Zomato across sales ops, sales, and HR, and now being in a customer-facing role where I handle real-time interactions and high-pressure situations daily. What I’ve learned so far- People are at the center of everything- Communication solves more than processes- Ownership matters more than just completing tasks.
