The Director of Operations has the primary responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of all contact center operations. The Director of Operations will develop and implement standard operating policies and practices that result in best in class service. Build a sustainable, scalable operation delivering efficiencies while remaining flexible to meet the needs of the changing environment. Establish performance standards, metrics, quality assurance programs, and training strategies that support service excellence and continuous improvement of core services. Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop new and economically viable ways to improve the customer experience and champion new technologies and system enhancements. Leads and develops a high performing team of customer advocates. This position is a key member of leadership in identifying needs within the department to further the organization vision and mission.
