ABOUT JAN WHYTE
Legal systems are complex - as are the people and businesses who rely upon them. There are really two perspectives I help with in case management for court or arbitration:(1) assist the client to understand the tribunal/court and adjudicators\' rules and roles through education on methods to cope with emotions and behaviours which will naturally occur in the process; and(2) ensure all relevant, admissible evidence is properly disclosed.I am a hearing/trial specialist and have worked in over 40 legal firms, on over employment, labour relations, human rights, Civil Resolutions, BC Supreme, BC Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada cases - many of which are leading cases in Canada. That level of experience brings me diversity, flexibility and a proven method for positive team and client experiences in challenging battles.Jan Whyte, B.Tech, CPC, M••••••••@gmail.com
