   Co-developed PlanGPT, a RAG-based GenAI assistant using Amazon Bedrock, as part of an internal hackathon — designed a domain-specific agent to interpret natural language queries. Connected Bedrock to a custom S3-backed knowledge base with delivery planning data and operational constraints, enabling planners to retrieve insights conversationally without manual data aggregation- Built dynamic CloudWatch graphs to monitor client-specific API usage by creating metric filters per IAM role using CDK. Integrated these metrics into existing dashboards via Jinja and CloudFormation, improving visibility into internal and external client traffic across AWS regions- Created the High-Level and Low-Level Design for a feature to incorporate PAN Legal Name in the Seller Registration Page to match it with their bank details in our legacy service, as a part of Seller Central - Compliance Bad Actor Prevention- Introduced Unit test Stubbing in one of our legacy services.– Account Health Page Seller Staging Automation - Created a Lambda, SQS, DLQ and their corresponding alarms via CDK. Implemented a frontend feature of disabling a JS checkbox based on certain conditions and displaying the relevant error codes in a banner in the Tax Settings Page.– Identified and resolved XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) and CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) vulnerabilities in the Seller Central Internal tool, improving data security and protecting sensitive seller information.– Resolved over 200 customer cut tickets in three on-calls, and reduced the OE load by adding river rules, bucketing Root causes and working on a recurring tickets reduction.
