I began my HR career as an intern and have grown steadily into my current role at Puretech Digital. My journey has been shaped by learning, experimenting, and finding joy in helping people and processes work smoothly.My work at Puretech includes:• Recruitment, candidate screening & interview scheduling• Leading campus hiring cycles & coordination• Planning and executing employee engagement activities• Managing onboarding, HRMS updates & day-to-day HR operations• Supporting culture initiatives, communication & process updates• Building trackers, reports & structured systems for teams• Handling employee queries with patience & clarityWhat drives me:• Organisation, structure & improving processes• Creating a positive experience for employees• Growing a little every day in the HR field
