The total project revenue of projects supported is estimated at $8 million. o Tasks performed include field walk investigation, hours estimation, scope of work proposals for subcontractors, scheduling creation for proposals, creation of official sign off documents for hardware acceptance testing, material ordering, material tracking, material return merchandise authorization (RMA) of material in excess of $1 million, CAD drawing packages, factory hardware check out, Turnaround cutover support, I/O allocation & cable schedule documentation, installation of hardware for Honeywell ELCN & EHPM, Honeywell DCS Database audit for a HPM to C300 PMIO migration, data gathering for virtualization of the refinery for 30+ different units. • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, AutoCAD 2017, Experion PKS, and Honeywell Safety Builder. • Exposed to Honeywell Control Builder, Allen Bradley & CISCO switch configuration, Allen Bradley PLC logic, native windows, protocol changes to instrument loops using a Honeywell communicator. Factory Project Engineer (20••••19) • Factory acceptance testing of DCS and Safety systems hardware & software for Oil & Gas refineries. • Responsibilities include acceptance testing with EPC client. Hardware checkout, HMI with Cause & Effect logic verification for safety systems of more than IO points across multiple process units, and competed testing almost 10% ahead of schedule. Coordinating and instructing technicians on building Honeywell safety cabinets to customer specifications. Finalizing as build documentation. • Working knowledge of Safety Builder, Experion PKS, and multimeter voltage testing and loop simulation.
