At EY, I work within the M&A Advisory practice, supporting clients across the deal lifecycle - from pre-transaction assessment (including financial evaluation of a potential joint venture for a multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure player) to post-close value creation, delivering post‑merger integration support and synergy identification for a combination of leading surface chemical solutions providers.Earlier, I was part of the Rocket Equities financial advisory team supporting clients with their fundraising requirements. Rocket Equities is a Southeast Asia-focused financial advisory firm working work with market leaders to raise capital via debt & equity markets, enable market expansion through M&A, and create a lucrative exit for founders by leveraging our network of 300+ professional investors composed of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporates, and Sovereign Wealth Funds in APAC.As a Business Analyst at ICREA, I had the exposure across the Indian subcontinent and MENA region in transaction advisory for Raising Equity, Debt Refinancing and Industrial Real Estate (SLB/BTS). Experienced in building financial models, preparation of CIM/Pitchbooks, presenting processes and deliverables, and business analysis. I have worked on transactions with a total ticket size of approx. USD 100M.I have cleared all three levels of the CFA examinations on the first attempt.In the past, I have had the experience of managing a multi-million revenue business in the retail & distribution sector catering to 120+ retail clients across the state of Maharashtra, India.
