Main amsOSRAM site: Disciplinary responsibility for 2 groups for manufacturing (time wise 75%) and process R&D (25%) of laser chips for- LiDAR technology for autonomous driving- argumented reality glasses- high-tech material processing- medical applications like hair removal etc.The Teams consist of- process engineers, R&D engineers, technicians, maintenance staff and process assistants and are responsible for: process automation and -virtualization: Industry 4.0, Lean continuous optimization of the manufacturing chain: errors and downs almost eliminateddeep core team restructuring into 2 product teams leading to- R&D developments move faster into production - Throughput increase of manufacturing chains - Increase in delivery time and customer satisfactionHead count build up and reduction, also for cost saving merger integration
