The play was honored with a Steinberg/ATCA Citation as on of the three best new plays produced outside of New York in 2023. • Effectively lead the transition back to production after a two year pause and produced TAP\'s best attended productions to date• Successfully closed TAP\'s $2.5m capital campaign• Created several audience development and retention strategies, including \'Check Out TAP\'- a program to connect library patrons with the theatre • Doubled our audience in our first season back • Expanded the size of the board of directors and developed best-practice board cultivation processes• Realigned the organization with industry production processes• Doubled the size of our artistic company and instituted new pay equity standards• Directed the best selling show in the company’s history, Slow Food
