Janse joined Avison Young in March of 2012 with a primary focus on the GTA West industrial market. Since joining Avison Young, Janse has quickly risen to become one of the top producing agents for Avison Young in Ontario. Janse prides himself on thinking creatively, a strong work ethic, a high level of market knowledge and most importantly, honesty. This approach has led to the successful completion of 500 transactions while representing some of the largest real estate companies in North America, including: Pure Industrial, Manulife, KingSett Capital, and Concert Properties. Janse continues to expand his real estate knowledge becoming a licensed Broker in 2021. In his time off, Janse enjoys reading about stocks, playing hockey and spending time with his family.
