It is a privilege to be part of any business that has been successful for over 60 years - even more so if it is the family business that my grandparents started in 1956, Gewürz- und Teehaus Schnorr As Head of Growth, I am responsible for developing long-term strategies as well as short-term campaigns to improve revenue and profit. This involves a data-driven approach to understand customer behavior and interests, identifying revenue drivers based on historic and current data, leveraging the strong brand of the brick-and-mortar store in online retail, and transferring lean startup methodologies to the established family und Teehaus Schnorr is a 3rd generation family business started by my grandparents in 1956 and now run by my brother, Dr. Kai Schnorr. Their physical store is known beyond their location, Frankfurt, Germany, to have highest quality teas, spices, cooking, and baking ingredients. The team regularly meets personally with high end tea growers in Asia, to expand their knowledge and to find new products for their customers.
