After 14 years and over leaders attending our in-person and virtual programs, we know how experiencing and practicing coaching can result in empowering others to engage at high levels. Our program is based on the same evidenced-based coaching competencies professionals used and is designed for leaders. Based on our 2022 book, Leaders Who Coach: The Roadmap to Unleashing Team genius, we use experiential learning, mentoring and feedback from Certified Coaches to help leaders incorporate coaching in their leadership.
