Individuals fulfilling this role must be skilled in one or more technologies, capable of managing hosted infrastructure projects, and possess conceptual knowledge of managed hosting technologies overall. The role is also responsible for assessing the efficiency of operational processes and remediation, documenting, and implementing as needed in order to provide 100% customer satisfaction. This individual must have strong leadership skills and be able to influence and work effectively with cross functional teams.
