Starting a new home sales and marketing brokerage in March of 2009 may have seemed like a high risk decision on the surface (considering the declining market and rising defaults) however it was the absolute best time to thrive. My role encompasses all financial operations, new business development, client retention, corporate marketing and interfacing with the Executive Team to ensure each site is exceeding sales goals. Financial operations includes risk management, revenue, accounting, advertising, budgeting/forecasting, and legal compliance. Within my role, there are opportunities to analyze a builder\'s community which can encompass market absorption, product analysis and value engineering, marketing budgets, placement and messaging, creating the overall sales presentation and measuring results. As a NAHB Certified Trainer, I have extensive experience in sales coaching and public speaking at various industry conferences such as Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC) International Builder Show (IBS), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and various local Sales and Marketing Councils. Licensed Broker in the State of California and Managing Broker in Washington.
