About Jan Peter Siat

As an Experienced Project Engineer, I managed and coordinated onsite with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed per plan and comply with applicable codes, standards, and policies. I also interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.I have a strong background in Information Technology Project Management, which I studied at Foothill College and Year Up Bay Area. I am certified in Procore and Bluebeam, two of the most widely used software in the construction industry. I have successfully executed and closed multiple projects by managing warranties, O & Ms, and as-builts, and by creating and processing PCOs, SCOs, and COs. I have also prepared and coordinated pre-installation meetings, weekly meeting minutes, submittals, and RFIs, using various platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Plangrid, and Project Sight.I am passionate about assisting my community and leading initiatives that strive to make a difference. I enjoy challenging the impossible with a smile on my face and always finding the motivation to push myself to reach new heights. I value feedback and learning opportunities, as I believe they help me grow and succeed in my career. I look forward to working on projects that are innovative, impactful, and aligned with my goals.
