As a tenured professional in the Mortgage Industry, Jan Parsons attributes success to her excellent customer service skills and always keeping the needs of her clients first. Jan brings commitment, dependability and many years experience. Whether you\'re buying or refinancing a home, her goal is to provide superior service and see you through each step of the way. Her work as a Mortgage Professional is due to her genuine passion for Real Estate and for assisting people who are in need of help. Assisting clients buy or refinance their homes has allowed her to use the negotiating, multitasking and customer service skills she developed during her corporate sales career, which has proven invaluable in her Real Estate career. Jan\'s specialty is assisting couples going through divorce. Having gone through a divorce herself, she understands how difficult it is to make educated decisions during this \"high stress\" time of life. She is an expert witness and has amassed several hours of Continuing Legal Education in divorce law and the entire divorce process. Jan is well versed in all types of mortgages; from Conventional, FHA/VA - Jumbo to Rehab loans and everything in-between.She was named one of Colorado\'s \"Best of the Best\" Mortgage Professional\'s in the 5280 Denver Magazine for 2014. Jan is past President of the Mile High BNI Chapter of Business Networking International.Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and golden doodle, gardening, entertaining and traveling.
