Responsible for people-centric change initiatives and its continuous improvement, e.g.1) Innovation- and idea management, solution design and implementation of a new central application to enable all employees to pitch all kind of ideas such as process improvement, automation, digitalization or an idea for a new portfolio element. 2) Employee-Award, co-creation on a central application where employees can nominate other people or a team in several categories such as: good service mindset, innovation, profitable grow, or problem solving. Each quarter the best can pick up outstanding prices!3) Design and implementation of new employee-centric initiatives with culture focus, e.g- Networking initiatives: expert communities and random coffee breaks (remote and local)- Office dog: bring your pet to work, a concept with all sensitivities to hygiene, allergies and fears- DareToFail: a concept similar to fuckup-nights, to spread the mindset of needed failure to become successful4) Involvement of our Change ambassadors (employees from all business lines) for our change topics as a multiplier to the whole Eviden population, to work together on several initiatives and the receive either critical or positive feedback from them to take it into account for our roadmap and the way forward5) Post-Merger-Integration - supporting the global change stream on M&A integration topics
