FCOI is primarily responsible for processing pre-investigated cases of unusual transactional activity and the filing of a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with the FIU and initiating further risk-mitigating measures. FCOl is using their knowledge and intelligence to triage new cases to ensure they receive appropriate handling. As a Divisional Lead reporting to the Head of Fraud & FinCrime i have the oversight of triage function, investigators and QC; ensuring any identified Financial Crime Risks are mitigated and proper filings are completed in a timely manner.
