Department head who successfully designed and implemented private sector delivery processes and governance in the public sector. Our relentless focus on consistent execution, development of meaningful relationships, and embracing a growth mindset has enabled our teams to deliver at a rate 2X compared to the year prior. As the managing director of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT)\'s Digital Transformation department, I lead the operations of the Agency\'s internal IT project management office (PMO), business analyst team, technology infrastructure team, cybersecurity team, artificial intelligence (AI) projects, and data governance team. In addition, I serve as the executive sponsor of INDOT\'s enterprise-wide strategic modernization initiative, Operation: Digital Unity. This multi-year initiative, leveraging Salesforce, Bentley Systems, AASHTOWare, and Google Cloud Platform, will drive efficiencies across INDOT and set the standard for other state agencies to follow. Chairs INDOT\'s Software Steering Committee, providing executive direction, support, and prioritization regarding the agency\'s relationship with technology. INDOT\'s Digital Transformation department serves alongside the agency\'s IT department, which consists of in-house developers, data scientists, and data architects. Together, our charge is to ensure all INDOT staff and external partners have the best technology and data available to maintain over 29,800 lane miles of highway, 5,700 bridges, 4,500 rail miles, and 110 public access airports across the \"Crossroad of America\" for all motorists and users.
