I have 17 years experience as an electrician and have the last 15 years worked with wind turbines, marine work and drilling platform renewal, where I worked with: • Advanced Troubleshooting and Log analyze. • Software Upload and Commissioning. • Customer site meetings. • 3D Cero View drawings ( View only for spare parts search ) • Windchill Documentation search. • Project Planning and preparation for Commissioning of Turbines. • Start up and Commissioning of Wind Turbines V112 / V164 / V236. • Prototype work on V164 and our latest V236 Turbines. • Troubleshooting Training and small Team knowledge sharing meetings. • Service of Wind Turbines V39 to V112. • Upgrades of control panels and cabinets, made the necessary changes according to the newest drawings. • Performed megger test. • Fine adjustment of panel controls / Sensors and to obtain the correct flow / reading with the mechanical parts and electric motors. • Refitted dismantled equipment after the equipment has been through a renovation. • Exchange of big / small components ( Up to 31 tons in 120 meters Hight ). • Craning from / on Wind Turbines ( max load 1 Ton ). • Troubleshooting on circuit boards and equipment, both with ground faults and other electrical / physical problems. • Troubleshooting on hydraulic systems ( Wind Turbines ) • Schematic drawings of different systems giving me a solid knowledge of the system as well as a good overview of its functions, electrical and hydraulic. • Work with switchboard / Control panels in factory’s where I have built new cabinets from scratch. • Water Cooling systems. • Reinstalled all drill floor equipment on drilling rigs: Top drive, PLS, PCS, PMS, Conveyers etc. On Maersk Guardian and Maersk Giant. 20••••12 during yard stay in Hirtshals in Denmark.
