On Contract/Consulting – Marathon Petroleum (client) Team lead in migrating to Azure Cloud for interfaces. Includes thorough testing of Azure Cloud interfaces, gather correct documentation for audit, gaining approvals for Change Requests, communicate and schedule with developers deployment to Production, and get production validation from business users of the latest deployment. Manage product backlog of support; routinely confirm tactical alignment of priorities with business partners. Internally develop or work with third party vendors to deliver support that ensures compliance with business requirements and IT standards. Work closely with midstream business partners, peers across IT, and software vendors to solve complex problems, deliver business process efficiencies and establish multi-year product strategies that align with client’s objectives. Develop business acumen to understand core processes and desired outcomes to support Quorum midstream applications such as TIPS, CAW, QCM, QDOD, ESUITE, and QQM. Work after business hours as lead to facilitate production deployments and server maintenance, as needed. Coordinate and oversee periodic refreshes of non-production environments with production data and code.
