I’m a recognized technical program manager with a breadth of knowledge within data center deployment management for software and material supply, from new program introduction to sustaining millions of data server blades in the fleet. I own first level customer support under \'One voice\' communication for one of the biggest cloud providers. My specialization is program management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, defining customer requirements into an executable delivery schedule, stakeholder management, post-validation reviews, and project handover. I apply agile methods in rapidly changing environments to maintain team focus and deliver high-quality results. My teams have often been spread across the globe, and I’m adept at working with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams in multiple locations.
