I grew up on a farm in rural Nebraska, graduated from University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and started my career in a big corporate job—until I realized the beauty industry wasn’t solving my own rosacea. So I quit, became an esthetician, and created the clean, clinical formulas I couldn’t find. Those early products became IMAGE Skincare—now **the #1 professional skincare company in the USA**.Today, as Chairwoman, I continue to lead IMAGE’s global growth across 60+ countries. I’m also the Co-Founder of Hush & Hush, a luxury nutraceutical line rooted in longevity science.I serve as a Trustee of UNL, founded the Husker Hustle Entrepreneur Scholarship, and stay deeply connected to women’s leadership through:* C200 — a global community of top female CEOs* EWA — a network for high-growth women founders* International Women’s Forum — connecting women leaders around the worldI also founded RISE UP, a private equity forum dedicated to empowering female C-suite executives.Community is core to my work.
