Serve as the SSO Training Lead supporting the Health Information Technology (HIT) Training courses for the SSO reporting to the Chief Health Informatics OfficerServe as a SME in HIT Training, responsible for implementation and integration of EHR automation technologies and business applications into a training program.Establish training milestones of life cycle management for assigned equipment projects.Assure instructional materials are addressed and integrated into the curriculum and allied study areas based on changes in course length and other changes in training requirements.Oversee the implementation, execution, and administration of the End User Engagement (EUE) HIT Training catalog of courses used for MTFs training requirements.Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Health Information Technology training.Responsible for implementation and integration of Electronic Health Record (EHR), and other health information automation technologies, and business applications, and emerging solutions into training.Coordinates and oversees class specific instruction and serves as a SME for lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises associated with these classes.Provides input towards formal evaluation of instructors on teaching techniquesCoordinates the implementation of training curriculum updates, tracks training for trainers certification and end user training statisticsDevelops training programs through reviews of systems, lesson plans, instructional materials, program evaluations, and participant outcomes.Participates in studies to develop, expand, modify, or redesign training business practices and management.
