Hi, I’m Jan-Luis Lielienthal.For over 8 years, I have been passionately involved in founding and developing companies. I contributed to the launch of an e-commerce brand, ran my own finance consultancy with a team for 5 years, and gained experience building a social media agency – which gave me deep insights into marketing, sales, team leadership, and process optimization.Today, I work at an e-commerce aggregator, where I build project teams, optimize processes, and implement digital solutions to accelerate brand growth. For example, I was able to fully automate the hiring process in compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act, leading to significant time savings – a key lever for future growth and brand scaling. In addition, I support marketing activities with AI-generated ad creatives, develop digital system sales processes, and strengthen the personal branding of leadership team members.I work remotely with an international team and focus on efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and clear, honest communication – even when it’s challenging.
