As the ESG and Sustainability Coordinator at L&T POWER, I am responsible for developing and implementing ESG strategies, policies, and reporting frameworks for the company and its projects, aligning them with global standards and best practices.I have a strong background in environmental management systems, cleaner production, and circular economy, having worked as a HSSE Consultant, Lead Auditor, and Environmental Specialist for various organizations in the past. I have successfully conducted environmental audits, assessments, and trainings, as well as facilitated the adoption of green technologies and practices. I am also a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and a Certified Impact Rater, which enable me to evaluate and improve the quality and impact of ESG and sustainability performance. I am constantly learning and exploring new trends and innovations in the field, such as Industry 4.0, sustainable finance, and mental wellbeing. I believe that ESG and sustainability are not only essential for the planet and the society, but also for the long-term success and resilience of businesses.
