As someone who teaches leaders how to decode behavior before it costs them trust, talent, or time, I know firsthand how fast reading a person wrong can change your life.When I was 16, I was nearly kidnapped by a stranger. That moment rewired my brain for observation — every tone, gesture, and micro-movement became data. I later joined federal law enforcement, determined to understand why people do what they do and how body language can keep people safe.Today, I use that same skill set to help executives, sales professionals, and HR leaders build cultures of trust and influence.
