ABOUT JANINE TAYLOR

Throughout my career, I have worked as a Programme and Project Manager, where I acquired extensive knowledge with a valuable skillset in the planning and delivery of high-value projects within the telecommunications industry. Employing a professional-level understanding of Six Sigma and Prince 2 methodologies has allowed me to oversee diverse projects from start-to-finish easily. From developing essential processes and plans to implementation and oversight of project operations, I have consistently met all target objectives within allotted timeframes and budgets. Furthermore, my ability to develop relationships with clients and other external stakeholders has ensured the continued communication and collaboration throughout the programmes’ delivery.I have also gained advanced knowledge of resource and financial management, which have led to significant cost savings and exceeded our clients’ expectations for service and quality. Through proven leadership qualities, I have built multi-faceted and robust teams through continued professional development and training in project management best practices and techniques. I am looking to apply my relevant experience, critical thinking, and strategic ideas to continuous growth and development, both personally and professionally.
