Compass Policy Strategies (CPS) is an independent, woman-owned consultancy launched in 2015, supporting a portfolio of projects across workforce development, economic development, higher education and K12 education, across various U.S. geographies. I launched CPS in the San Francisco Bay Area, and am now based in Greater Cleveland. I lead development, design and implementation, and build consultant teams as needed to support success.
