ABOUT JANINE SARTI

I’ve been the Chief Legal Officer having built and directed five legal departments and corporate governance for billion dollar healthcare organizations. Right now, the healthcare systems throughout the US are going through enormous change and transition. I have deep expertise in mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance dealing with multi-billion dollar organizations. I also worked for a multi-hospital health system startup with a billion dollars in gross revenue. I work closely with the C-suite, Board members, Clinical teams in dealing with day-to-day operations and strategic planning issues. I’ve overseen transactional and regulatory, medical staff, employment issues, tax exemption issues, real property, trademarks, labor, system integration and litigation management. What all this means is if it deals with anything to do with a legal consequence, I’m involved. I enjoy my work, I love meeting new people and making a difference. Others say that I treat everyone with dignity and respect no matter what their title is. I’m often told I’m approachable, knowledgeable and responsive to others’ needs. People feel comfortable working with me knowing I’m handling their legal issues. Reading books off the NY Times best seller list is a favorite hobby of mine. I run marathons and want to run a marathon in every state. I’m a baker and am quite popular with employees when I bring in my chocolate banana bread. I’m open to hear about a new position.
