ABOUT JANINE RAUCH

As Head of Corporate Security & CISO, I see Security as far more than a protective function. Done right, it enables trust, strengthens resilience, and supports innovation across the organization. With my background in Corporate Risk management and integrated Security Strategies, I focus on building pragmatic, risk-based Security frameworks that bring together technology, people, and processes — always with a clear link to business objectives and innovation goals. From my experience, Security only becomes effective when it is clearly understood and embedded into everyday decision-making. That is why communication, open exchange, and shared responsibility across functions, leadership teams, and external networks are central elements of my approach. I actively bring this understanding into cross-functional Cyber Security committees and initiatives and share insights as a speaker at professional panels and conferences — particularly on Corporate Resilience, Security Culture, and the evolving role of Security in business transformation.
