About Janine Spitzer

I am currently working on the Revenue Enablement Team as the Program Manager over Onboarding for Rippling and am helping new hires adjust and excel in their roles. I have onboarded over 750 new hires from different segments, levels, countries, and teams and we’re not slowing down. Rippling is growing exponentially and globally and it is exciting to be a part of such an amazing platform and Team:) As a Program Mentor for WGU, I worked remotely with a diverse group of students daily from onboarding all the way to graduation to help them overcome obstacles and reach their overall goals. During the 7+ years I worked for WGU, I helped over 130 graduates reach their dream of becoming a teacher! If you ask me what my number one greatest strength is, I\'ll tell you it\'s my ability to connect with people where they are in that moment in their lives and successfully get them from point A to point B feeling supported, cared for, heard, and \"WOW-ed\". I have worked in the service industry, marketing, sales, human resources, and several areas of higher education. I\'m a quick learner and flourish when presented with new challenges. In a previous position, I was asked to take on the role of a bookkeeper, and while math is not my strong suit, I certainly made it happen for my team. I volunteer every Thanksgiving with Austin Empty Bowl and often help out at Austin Animal Center. I love to cook, clean, sing karaoke (my team won National Karaoke League in 2013!), and watch movies with my little dog, Bernadette. I am also currently working on a short stand-up comedy routine:)
