My expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of product development, including research use only (RUO) and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) products.I am committed to empowering women in science, building and developing strong teams, and mentoring untapped talent, both in my personal and professional life. I am an active member of non-profit organizations that strive to promote the elevation of women, nature, sustainability, equity, and inclusion.When I am not working you will find me outside, somewhere. running on wilderness trails, hiking through the Sierra Nevada Mountains, or scuba diving around the globe.
