I lead stakeholder engagement through surveys and student voice activities, including survey creation, distribution, and reporting in line with GDPR compliance.My role includes maintaining accurate records, analysing performance data, and facilitating staff development through coaching, mentoring, and lesson observations.I also lead initiatives like Educator Connect to enhance professional learning and student engagement. Collaborating with curriculum teams and stakeholders, I help drive quality improvements and contribute to strategic goals through effective communication, data analysis, and process optimisation.
