My IT skills are comprehensive and my continuous professional development is a priority helping towards achieving career progression. Customer service is my top priority and my focus is on ensuring an outstanding learning experience has been provided for learners. I pride myself on having excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships internally at all levels. I work well in a team and also work well alone. I enjoy coaching or mentoring others to help them with their personal development and also motivate others to work towards achieving the same organisational goal.
