A consistent good rating from CQC.I lead our team by making challenging decisions that impact how our company operates. I use critical thinking skills that help find solutions to problems. I am the person who weighs up options and decides on the outcome that best benefits our company and all employees. I drive our business growth through developing strong networks. Attracting new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth. Leading the development of the company\'s short- and long-term strategy. Creating and implementing the company or organization\'s vision and mission.
