I am a Project Director with 23 years\' experience in the entertainment industry. Since joining Merlin Entertainments Group in 2002, I have managed around 60 projects with a total value of around €480 million, with an average of €8 million per project successfully delivered on time, to budget and to the agreed specification.The types of projects I have managed vary from Rollercoasters, Waterparks, Madame Tussauds, LEGO Discovery Centres, SEA LIFE Centres, Dungeons, Shrek, Little Big City projects. In this role I typically manage full cycle projects from concept to completion, ensuring buy-in and commitment from high profile stakeholders. I am really excited by the international profile of the company and the great opportunities to network with other professionals around the world. I love the variety of our projects and I enjoy working with our internal and external teams to bring project ideas to life.
