ABOUT JANIE VU
I started in Learning & Development in an unconventional way—as a swim instructor. It taught me how rewarding it is to help someone build confidence and master a new skill, one step at a time. I didn\'t know it then, but that feeling of seeing someone\'s \"aha!\" moment would shape my entire career.That early passion for helping people learn eventually led me to a master\'s degree in I/O Psychology and a career dedicated to making work a place where people can grow.For me, L&D is about guiding people and organizations. I\'ve had the pleasure of doing this in different ways, whether it was coaching university students on their career paths, onboarding new folks into an organization, or building learning experiences that bring people together in the tech world.I love the challenge of creating programs that are both engaging and effective.
