About Janie Ewton

I’m a Recruiting Consultant for BECU, and a part of the retail, operations, and contact center support team within our Talent Acquisition team. I recruit for high volume, operations, and corporate roles. In addition, I support the recruiting efforts for our lending, credit, business, and wealth services. My strengths are my ability to bring a positive attitude to every situation and build lasting relationships. I’m a firm believer in seeing the best in people and allowing them to be who they are. I respect authenticity and enjoy learning about people from all walks of life. One of my favorite parts of being a recruiter is meeting people wherever they are in life and helping them land a job with BECU, where I truly believe we are people helping people. Extending offers and hearing excitement on the other side of the phone brings endless joy to my heart and a smile to my face, every time. Even if we weren’t a match, I am always grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of people\'s job search. I value family, so during my free time, you’ll find me spending time with my loved ones including my husband, 3-year-old son, and close family and friends. You will also find me at the gym or going for runs including Tough Mudder and Spartan. ‍
