Within the past year, my Goals and Growth Development Plan was more fluid in nature as I matured in my role as a Retail Supervisor.** To make the transition of leadership smoother during this time, I chose to prioritize goals based on their level of importance. As a leader, I worked daily to cultivate a consistently safe and fair environment for all team members. When unhealthy organizational challenges arose, I consistently set and reinforced healthy workplace boundaries within my team. Additionally, I worked towards streamlining processes such as- Efficient work practices/event execution- Onboarding- Training- Safety- Cleaning- OrganizationIn collaboration with my Leads, Market Managers, and Team, overall growth and improvements were made as follows-**Onboarding**: Increased team from 9 to 12 members in 2023 (12 new hires total)-**Cleaning & Safety**: Completed deep cleaning and reorganization of the kitchen, demo/storage area, equipment, and supplies-**2023 Work Practices/Execution**- Core: 84.8%- Digital: 100%- Merchandising: 99.4%- Pop-Up Shop: 94.7%- Production: 98.8%
