Helping to stand up the new Digital Health Office at VHA, the nation’s largest integrated health system with 170 hospitals and 1,200 outpatient clinics- 20••••24: Product Lead @ Department of VA’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. Led cross-functional teams to modernize the patient portal app experience (MyHealtheVet) for Veterans to more easily manage their health care using VA.gov and VA\'s native mobile app- 2023: Product Management Expert at Office of Management & Budget (OMB) at White House. Developed digital product strategy under the President’s Life Experiences Executive Order.The US Digital Service is a tech consultancy in the Executive Office of the President at the White House. Our mission is to improve government services for the American people using design and technology, partnering with civil servants across federal agencies to deliver on high-priority projects.
