As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BECU, I lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt roles across our business. I partner closely with leaders to deliver a strategic, inclusive, and high-impact hiring experience. As part of our Corporate/Tech recruiting team, I focus on building a smooth, people-first process that supports both candidates and hiring managers every step of the way.I bring a positive, relationship-first mindset to everything I do. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring authenticity, and seeing the best in each person I interact with. From first conversations to final offers, every step reminds me that recruiting is about more than filling roles—it’s about changing lives. Helping someone land a role at BECU (and hearing the excitement in their voice!) brings genuine joy to my heart every time.Additionally, in the past two years, I’ve led impactful internal initiatives including our Talent Acquisition Roundtables and TA Competency framework—both focused on collaboration, clarity, and growth. My goal is to foster connection, trust, and long-term success at every step of the journey.Outside of work, I value quality time with my family—my husband, our son, our daughter and our tight-knit circle of relatives and friends.
