ABOUT JANIE BLANCO JOYCE
I serve as Chief of Staff at Invariant, acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing and streamlining the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office. In addition, I support business development efforts and execute strategic firm and client initiatives. I first joined Invariant as an analyst helping the firm’s health care clients understand the nuances of legislation and navigate policy debates. I also coordinated the firm’s internship program. I began my career working for the Senate Budget Committee as an assistant to both Chairman Mike Enzi (R-WY) and Ranking Member Bernie Sanders (I-VT). I previously worked in Florida for Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL).
