The Chisum Patent Academy offers premium-quality patent law education in a unique seminar-style setting. Co-taught by leading patent law authors and educators Donald Chisum and Janice Mueller, our intensive two- or three-day seminars are limited to ten (10) students and conducted in roundtable, interactive style. Seminar content targets latest developments from the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court with a view to practical implications for practitioners (patent prosecutors and litigators). We currently offer seminars in Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; and Cincinnati, Ohio. We also custom-design seminars to be held on-site at corporations, law firms, and other organizations.
