I teach Coldwell Banker Realty brokers how to grow their businesses through creative marketing, strategy, personal branding and identity, social media and technology.• Led the Central West Field Marketing Team in 2021 with 1,352 one-on-one remote and in-person strategy appointments with a plethora of topics including marketing strategy, branding and identity, social media and strategically marketing listings of all sizes and prices from studio condos to luxury estates. • Transitioned over 200 agents to new CRM, website and marketing technology in six months in 2022 through one-one-one meetings and over 40 in-person workshops while simultaneously learning the new software myself and keeping up with my daily responsibilities. • Created an annual marketing plan document for agents that includes goals, strategies, SWOT analysis, tactics and budgets and is now being taught and used company-wide.• Educate brokers on how to turn one listing into three using Coldwell Banker\'s Listing Concierge program strategically. This includes messaging, marketing assets, targeting audiences and timing.
