I’m a product strategist and co-founder with over two decades of experience designing enterprise software that scales—with a focus on highly regulated industries including healthcare and HR. My career spans startup launches, Fortune 500 engagements, and successful exits, with a consistent focus on user-centered design, operational efficiency, and business impact.I began my career at Connecture, a Georgia Tech ATDC startup, where I led the design of a health plan platform that helped position the company in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. In 2005, I co-founded Colibrium, where I built and scaled an insurance platform that earned Microsoft Partner of the Year and was later acquired by HGS.After Colibrium, I joined Zipari as VP of Product, where I led a product line expansion that contributed to 300% growth in revenue and clients—culminating in an acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Today, I’m the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Onwards HR, where we launched the first platform focused on automating employee separations and severance. We\'re helping organizations reduce risk, improve equity, and bring clarity to one of HR’s most complex processes.
