About Janice Yates

I have a master\'s degree in education/teaching of the gifted and talented from Grand Valley State University, and a bachelor\'s degree in social science education from University of West Georgia. Since retiring from education, I became a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), having completed and tested in eDiscovery expertise by ACEDS (Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists). I work as an eDiscovery consultant at JPY Services LLC (self-employed), offering services as staff support, project management, workflow designer, review management, and assessment of discovery risk. In my role as an discovery specialist, I work with legal and technical personnel to provide trusted eDiscovery solutions to clients across various industries and domains. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to help clients achieve their litigation goals, while reducing costs and risks. I value organization, proactive planning, collaboration, innovation, and quality, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
